Returns

  • 1. We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • 3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • 1. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
  • 2. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will require clear photos of the damaged or defective item for our records. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
